Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lucerra Brush Spa. If it isn't working out, we make returns straightforward.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for any reason. If your brushes aren't cleaner, your makeup doesn't sit better, or the product simply isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll refund you in full.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible, including the USB cable and silicone collar.
  • Used items are accepted. We expect you to actually test the product — that's the point of the guarantee.
  • The free silicone cleaning mat does not need to be returned.

How To Start a Return

Email us at info@lucerrastore.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@lucerrastore.com with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. After that point, please use the return process above once the item arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
